Stop Smoking

Smoking, as any smoker knows is extremely difficult to stop. I hear many smokers who have stopped say that even though they have stopped smoking they are still smokers and still want to smoke. As a result my method helps the client to become a non-smoker. The idea is to visualise yourself as a non-smoker. This means building a positive image as a non-smoker in the subconscious of your future self as a non-smoker.

My approach is to run two sessions 5-7 days apart. Two sessions are always necessary in order to allow the subconscious to realise smoking can be a thing of the past. The first session allows the client to get a feel of trance and to set the subconscious up to count down the days to becoming a non-smoker. During the interval between sessions the client will have a couple of tasks to perform in order to help the process. Then the second session gives the client a longer time in trance allowing the subconscious to process the idea of being a non-smoker.

How successful is the process? I am currently running a success rate of 100%. One client restarted at his father’s funeral and came back for a booster and is now again a non-smoker. The usual outcome is for clients to stop and then refer friends and family to me. I have helped male and female clients from 23 to 61 years of age with success.

The satisfied clients are the best advertisement for my work and you can read testimonials supporting this on my testimonials page. Some are anonymous due to the delicate nature of the client’s problem.
